Hue Tran & Ty Chu are proud to present Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro in The Shops at Hilton Village. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Slanted Rice is proudly family owned and operated and is a sister restaurant of Rice Paper, Saigon Kitchen, and Poki Bar Central.

Slanted Rice offers a mix of both modern and traditional Vietnamese food with a cozy bistro like atmosphere. Some of the specialty dishes include traditional Pho Noodle Soups, Spring Rolls, Shaken Beef, and Crispy Rice Clay Pots. Making these dishes to order along with a small kitchen takes time, especially during peak dining times. All good things are worth waiting for and we appreciate the patience.
